KVKK and Privacy Policy

Data Controller

Personal Data Processed

• Contact form: your first and last name, email address, optionally your company name and phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. Together with these, the time, page and language of the submission and an irreversible digest of your IP address (to prevent misuse) are recorded.
• Visit statistics: the pages you visit, where you came to the site from, your device and browser information, your approximate location (city level) and some of your clicks on the site (phone, email and form submission). This information does not identify you by name; it only shows us overall usage trends.
• Technical connection logs: your IP address, time of visit, page opened and browser information.
• Advertising measurement: only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, the identifiers in advertising cookies and your visit information.

Purposes and Legal Grounds

• Responding to the request you send through the contact form and preparing a proposal: being directly related to the establishment of a contract, and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, f).
• Preventing misuse of the form and ensuring the security and operation of the site: legitimate interest and legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, ç).
• Understanding and improving how the site is used through anonymous statistics: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Advertising measurement: explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You give consent with “Accept” in the cookie banner and can withdraw it at any time with the “Change my cookie preference” link below.

Method of Collection

Data are collected when you fill in the contact form, automatically through server logs when you visit the site, and through statistics cookies. Advertising cookies are used only if you give your consent.

Transfers and Transfers Abroad

Visit statistics are measured with Google LLC’s Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager services. In this context, the pages you visit, where you came to the site from, your device and browser information, your approximate location (city level) and some of your clicks on the site are sent to Google. Google Analytics uses your IP address only to determine an approximate location and does not store it. The measurement data sent to Google do not include what you type into form fields.

The fonts on the site are loaded from Google LLC’s Google Fonts service; when pages load, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google.

If you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google’s advertising cookies and Meta Platforms’ Meta Pixel are activated. In that case the pages you visit and your browser information are also sent to Meta for advertising measurement. With “Statistics Only”, the Meta Pixel does not run.

The information you send through the contact form is stored in the database of the site’s hosting and security service provider and forwarded to our mailbox through our corporate email service provider so that we can respond to your request. To protect the form against automated submissions, a security check runs on the form page to verify that your browser is being used by a person; this check sends your browser and device information to the security service provider.

The site is served from the servers of hosting and security service providers. These providers keep the technical logs (IP address, time of visit, page opened) required for the site to operate securely. The hosting provider also produces aggregate visit statistics (such as page views and load times) without cookies and without identifying you.

As the servers of Google, Meta and the hosting, security and email service providers are located abroad, these data are transferred abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. Transfers are made only for the purposes stated in this notice and to the extent necessary. Your personal data may also be shared with public authorities legally entitled to request them.

Your data are not sold. Advertising cookies are activated only if you choose Accept.

Cookies

Three types of cookies are used on the site:

• Essential cookie: tk_cerez_onay remembers your choice in the cookie banner for 7 days. The hosting and security service provider may set short-lived security cookies to protect the site.
• Statistics cookies: _ga and _ga_L63GB800FX (Google Analytics, 2 years). They are used whichever option you choose in the cookie banner.
• Advertising cookies: _gcl_*, _gac_* (Google) and _fbp (Meta, 3 months). They are set only if you choose “Accept”.

If you choose “Statistics Only”, advertising cookies are not set and no data are shared for advertising; only the essential cookie and statistics measurement that does not directly identify you continue. If you choose “Accept”, advertising cookies are activated as well. In both cases Google signals and personalised advertising are off. Visit data in Google Analytics are deleted after 14 months.

Retention Period

Information sent through the contact form is kept for at most 1 year after your request is concluded; if a contractual relationship is established, it is kept for the period required by the relevant legislation. Visit statistics are kept in Google Analytics for 14 months. Technical connection logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Data whose period has expired are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed; to request information if they have been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom they are transferred; to request correction if they are incomplete or inaccurate; to request their deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data were transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
